Send the ball into the other team's endzone (the end wall behind them), or through a stone ring (+2 points). Two bounces on your side lose the point. First to 7.
Serve
Serve from your own half: you can't walk up to the centre line while holding the ball. Aim inside their floor. Serves can't be powered, and nobody may touch the serve until it has bounced.
Touches
Your team may touch the ball three times in a row; a fourth touch loses the point. The count resets when the other team touches it.
Drive
A clean power hit from near the centre line becomes a faster, flatter drive, the best way to beat them to the endzone.
Stamina
Sprinting and power hits use stamina. Run it empty and you can't do either until it recovers.
Bruises
Every strike bruises that body part. More bruising means less accurate strikes; bruises heal slowly.
Markers
White ring: where the ball will land. Orange: your next strike is a power hit. Red: that serve would be illegal. A glowing stone ring: a ring shot.
Contact
PERFECT, GOOD or POOR CONTACT rates how cleanly you met the ball. Cleaner contact means a more accurate shot.
